In a medical malpractice action to recover damages for personal injuries, the plaintiff appeals, as limited by his brief, from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County (Baisley, J.), dated December 18, 1985, as, upon reargument, adhered to its prior determination in an order of the same court, dated October 11, 1985, which granted a motion by the defendants Glass and Goodman for summary judgment dismissing the complaint insofar as it is asserted against them. Ordered that the order is affirmed insofar as appealed from, with costs.
